We are looking for a Workshop Coach who is passionate about both technology and leadership.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for leading and coaching our team of technicians, ensuring efficiency and quality, and contributing to a positive and developing work environment. If you have experience in technical work within the automotive industry and a strong desire to develop and motivate people, then this is a perfect opportunity for you!

About the position:

-Lead a team of technicians to ensure high quality and efficiency in the workshop's workflow.
-Be responsible for optimizing and improving work processes within the workshop to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
-Ensure that all technicians have the training and tools required to perform their work in the best possible way.
-Provide continuous feedback and support to technicians to promote their professional development.
-Work together with management to set goals and follow up on performance within the workshop department.
-Ensure that the workshop complies with all safety regulations and quality standards.
-Maintain close contact with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who has:

-Experience as a technician in automotive service or vehicle repairs, preferably in a leading or coaching role.
-Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team of technicians.
-Good technical understanding and up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology in the automotive industry.
-The ability to analyze and optimize work processes to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
-The ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead projects.
-Strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. English is a plus.
